How do I return my online order?

You may return or exchange your product within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please Email us at kungumumkuttie@gmail.com to initiate returns. Returns will only be provided to items that have not been damaged, washed, worn, used, kept in original packaging and in the same condition that it was received.

*Returns and exchanges only apply to items shipped within Canada and the United States.

Final Sale Items

Please be aware that items purchased during a sale or a promotional offer are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Make sure to review product details before purchasing during these promotions.

Upon receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

If you choose a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method. For exchanges, we will send the replacement item to your provided address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received was damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.

How Do I Do an In-Store Return Or Exchange?

You are always encouraged to take advantage of our hassle-free 14 day return and exchange policy at our  Kungumum Kuttie storefront located at 3370 Bur Oak Avenue #114, Markham, ON L0H. If you wish to return or exchange items purchased online, simply visit our store with the item and present the receipt. Please ensure that you complete this process within 14 days of your date of delivery.

We happily accept returns for all items with a valid receipt, with the exception of items designated as "final sale" and those items subject to the specific restrictions mentioned above.

Returns will only be provided to items that have not been damaged, washed, worn, used, kept in original packaging and in the same condition that it was received.

Step 1: Initiate the Exchange

Begin by clicking "Start an Exchange" below.

Step 2: Provide Order Details

Input your order number and Postal/Zip Code.

Step 3: Choose Items for Exchange

Select the item(s) you want to exchange.

Step 4: State the Exchange Reason

Indicate the reason for your exchange.

Step 5: Selection for Exchange Type

If you are exchanging for a different size, choose "Exchange for New Size."

If you wish to exchange for a different product, opt for "Return Item."

Step 6: Finalize Your Exchange

If you selected "Exchange for New Size" in Step 5, follow the provided instructions to complete the exchange.

Make sure to select "Instant Exchange" for a faster and guaranteed exchange process.

If you opted for "Return Item" in Step 5, proceed by clicking "Continue with Return."
